💼 The Role: Junior Product & Community Manager As a Junior Product Manager & Community Manager at Green0meter, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our product development and building a vibrant community of users from the ground up. You will assist the Product Manager in developing and refining our products while also taking the lead in establishing and growing our user community.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Product Support:
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development and iterations.
• Help manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and effective delivery of features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Community Building:
• Develop and implement a strategy to build and grow our user community from scratch.
• Engage with potential and current users through various channels (forums, social media, email) to foster a positive and supportive environment.
